Meet Maggie

I bring a decade's worth of experience in mental health to each client interaction. Specializing in individual therapy, I have honed my skills in addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to grief and relationship concerns.

Feeling overwhelmed by life's transitions?

Life's curveballs, like divorce, job loss, or the loss of a loved one, can leave you feeling adrift, overwhelmed, and isolated. You may be grappling with how to cope with these significant shifts and find a way forward.

I can help.

As a therapist, I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It's my role to listen, guide, and assist you in understanding your emotions while providing the necessary support for healing and growth.

A compassionate guide on your healing journey.

A positive, responsive and safe relationship produces chemicals and hormones, which enhance the regulation of emotions, stress and neural firing. The ability of the brain to change itself, coupled with the power of a safe therapeutic relationship, enhances fulfillment. This can help change feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness or general unhappiness and link us to a path towards greater peace.

I've been there myself.

Personal experiences with life's transitions, anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma have deepened my empathy and understanding for what you might be going through. I have navigated loss, grief, and the process of healing and growing from these experiences. I'm here to help you do the same.

Let’s walk this path together.

I'm committed to helping you heal and grow from life's challenging transitions. Together, we will work on equipping you with the tools to navigate life's challenges and build a future that aligns with your aspirations.

A peek into my world...

Beyond my professional life, I’m an outdoor enthusiast, a fly fisherwoman, a backpacker, and a sailor. My love for nature extends to gardening, where dahlias are my specialty, and I've recently taken up mushroom cultivation. Yoga, reading, cooking, traveling, scuba diving, foraging for berries and mushrooms - anything that connects me to the outdoors, really! - form the essence of my leisure time. This passion for self-growth and healing extends beyond my clients - it is a commitment I've made to myself, allowing me to show up as my best for those I serve.
